Visit to Izmit Municipality Nursery School Directorate

As KOGED, we visited the officials of the Izmit Municipality Nursery Directorate on May 18, 2026, to discuss potential cooperation opportunities in the field of social projects. During the meeting, we exchanged information, experiences, and ideas regarding joint educational activities targeting children, families, and teachers, particularly within the scope of European Union grant programs. We also discussed how the extensive experience our organisation has gained by implementing numerous EU projects could be integrated into possible collaborations.
During the meeting, we exchanged views on : the mutual benefits of increased cooperations, developing local sustainable social projects, and implementing new initiatives by utilising international grant programs. We mutually expressed the opinion that potential collaborations in areas such as child development, psychosocial support, family education, and social awareness activities would be highly beneficial for our institutions and stakeholders.
As KOGED, just as we have done throughout our long history, we will continue to develop strong partnerships and develop social projects which will be beneficial for the community.
We would like to extend our thanks to the director and teachers of the Izmit Municipality Nursery Directorate for their kind invitation.
