Supporting Professional Development of Migrant-related Educators is a two-year Erasmus+KA2 DOI project aiming at the professional development of adult trainers,who work with refugees/ migrants on a day-to-day basis. Another aim is to enhance and facilitate collaboration between NGOs and public organisations who tackle the issue of migrants and support them in their integration efforts.The 7 partners from 6 Program countries will cooperate to generate the two substantial outputs;The Migration Report and the Training Curriculum for the online training activity


"Entrepreneurship for Rural Areas and Social Integration-Network for Guidance and Education" is a two-year ERASMUS+KA2  Cooperation  for  Innovation  and  the Exchange of Good  Practices  Strategic  Partnerships   for  Vocational  Education   and  Training  project   which will be implemented by  10 partners from 7 European countries .  It  addresses  more than one field and aims to develop horizontal skills: European cross-board  entrepreneurship  based  on  international  communication in  foreign languages   and ICT                                                           

Cafe Europe

"Cafe Europe"is three -year Erasmus+KA2 Strategic Partnerships for Youth; Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices Project is aiming to build a strong,fertile social and business growing ground for youth which will provide social inclusiveness, help refuges and migrants build a stable network for themselves and to help them enter the market, and solve many socials problems related to the migration of youth. The Project will be worked  together with 7 partners from The Netherlands, Greece, Czech Republic and Turkey.

October Time Meeting Time


KOGED President , Gülhan Bütün and  vice-president Ayşe Öztürk attended "October Time Meeting Time’"meeting  hosted by Sabancı Foundation Board of Trustees Chair Güler Sabancı on October the 16th, 2019 in Istanbul. The representatives of the more than 70 NGOs, who had received grants from Sabancı Foundation during the past 12 years,  had the opportunity to learn about the 10 projects which were selected to receive grants  from the foundation during  2018 -2019.

 The participants from Ashoka Turkey, Another School Possible Organisation, United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), Village Schools Exchange Network  Organisation, Purple Roof Women's Shelter Foundation, Triangulation Organisation, Autistic  Individuals Support Foundation, Colorful Hopes Organisation, Seed Turkey Autism Early Diagnosis and Education Foundation and Technology Development Foundation of Turkey shared information about  the results of their projects, their experience , plans for the future and the beneficiaries stories. 

The meeting was followed by workshops on the disabled people’s rights  in education, gender equality, children’s  well-being and empowerment of teachers.

In 2014, KOGED received a joint grant from the Sabancı Foundation and UNDP (UN Development Program) for its project ’If the Subject is Woman’’. We shared the story of our project focusing on gender equality with other participants during these workshops and  listened to their experiences.
